Ledger/Spreadsheet
All Association financial activity needs to be accurately recorded in a ledger or spreadsheet. The ledger/spreadsheet will show all transactions in and out of the Association bank account for the year. This will be used during the annual financial verification. Monthly Financial Report
A financial report for the current period's financial activity is presented at every Association general meeting. Samples of a couple different types of monthly reports are shown below.
